Opale naît en 2012 de l’affinité musicale partagée entre Sophia et Rocio. Opale réalise son premier album en 2013,
L’incandescent.
En 2014, Opale sort Hédoniste puis, en 2015, le titre Sleepless.
Opale revient avec un nouvel EP de quatre titres, Éternelle Nostalgie, produit dans leur maison de disques Contemplative Recordings et We Be Friends.
